Hanoi: Binh Da Festival receives national heritage certificate

On April, 5, 2014, Hanoi Party Secretary Pham Quang Nghi attended Binh Da traditional festival in Binh Minh commune, Thanh oai district, Hanoi city and awarded the certificate recognizing it as a national heritage.

After the certificate awarding ceremony, Hanoi Party Secretary Pham Quang Nghi and representatives of functional departments and branches solemnly performed the ritual of offering incense to pay tribute to the nation's great father Lac Long Quan.

Binh Da festival is held at the temple worshipping the nation's great father Lac Long Quan, taken place from on March, 4 – 6 of the lunar year.
