Hanoi Bible College under the Evangelical Church of Vietnam (ECVN) (North) held on August 15 the opening ceremony for its 3rd training course (2017-2022) in Hanoi.
Attending the ceremony were Pastor President of the ECVN (North) cum Principal of Hanoi Bible College Nguyễn Hữu Mạc, Acting Director of Protestant Affairs Department under the Government Committee for Religious Affairs Thiều Thị Hương Pastor Prof. Danniel Charles Owens from the U.S, pastors from the ECVN’s Executive Committee, representatives from the Korea Protestant community in Hanoi and over 30 enrollers of the 3rd course.
Hanoi Bible College was established in June 2013 and became the second Protestant training institution in Vietnam after the Biblical and Theological Institute under the ECVN (South). In September 2013, the college opened the first course with 25 students. Last week, the Government Committee for Religious Affairs (GCRA) presented a decision approving the establishment of the Christian Bible College under the Vietnam Adventist Church.
