GCRA Chairman Vũ Hoài Bắc speaks at the meeting

The event saw the presence of Lieutenant General Trần Hoài Trung, Secretary of the Party Committee and Political Commissar of Military Region 7, and representatives from central and local agencies.

Speaking at the meeting, Chairman Vũ Hoài Bắc spoke highly of practical contributions made by local religious organizations over the past years.

The official asked religious organizations to continue accompanying the nation, guiding lay followers to conduct religious practice in accordance with the law, and making practical contributions to socio-economic development, strengthening defense and security in the locality.

During the event, representatives of the religious dignitaries took the chance to thank the Party and the State for favorable conditions extended  to  religious practice and suggested that local authorities pay due attention to the issues of environmental protection, crime prevention, traffic development, health, and education in the city.
