A stone-laying ceremony for the construction of Plei Athai Protestant Church under the General Confederation of Evangelical Churches of Vietnam (Southern) was held on April 16.
About 1,000 Protestant followers, and representatives from local authorities have attended the ceremony. The Plei Athai church will be built with 34m long, 17.4m wide, at an estimated cost of nearly VND1.8 billion.
