Four sacred Buddhist relic models inaugurated in Chanh Giac Zen Monastery

Chanh Giac Zen Monastery located in Tien Giang province’s Tan Phuoc district held on September 16 a ceremony to inaugurate four sacred Buddhist relic models built inside the pagoda.

The event saw the participation of Most Venerable Vice President of the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha Executive Council Thích Giác Toàn, Vice Chairman of the province People’s Committee Trần Thanh Đức and large numbers of Buddhist monks, nuns and followers in the localities.

The Four Buddhist relic models featured sacred sites associated with the Birthplace, Enlightenment, Dharma and Parinirvana of the Buddha in Indian and Nepal.
