First Caodai training institute to be approved

The Tien Thien (Ante-Creation) Caodai church solemnly held on March 30 a ceremony for receiving the Home Affairs Ministry’s guiding approval for establishing its Caodai institute.

The event taking place at Chau Minh Caodai church located in Tien Thuy commune of Ben Tre province’s Chau Thanh disitrict saw the presence of Deputy Minister of Home Affairs Vũ Chiến Thắng, Vice Chairman of the Government Committee for Religious Affairs Nguyễn Ánh Chức, Deputy Secretary of Ben Tre Party’s Committee cum Chairwoman of the provincial People’s Council Hồ Thị Hoàng Yến, Director of the provincial Home Afairs Department Nguyễn Thị Ngọc Giàu, and representatives of other Caodai and religious organizations in the locality.

During the event, while handing over the decision of Home Affairs Minister on the establishment of the first Caodai training institution to the Tien Thien Caodai church, Deputy Minister Vũ Chiến Thắng believed that once operated the Caodai institution would be a prestigious school for training and fostering Caodai dignitaries and deacons.

Speaking at the event, Chairwoman of the provincial People’s Council Hồ Thị Hoàng Yến extended congratulations to the Tien Thien Caodai church, and asked the church’s standing committee to urgently complete the curriculum of the institute in accordance with the state laws, as well as closely collaborate with concerning local authorities and the Government Committee for Religious Affairs in fulfilling administration procedures required for the establishment of the institute.
