A conference for disseminating the Law on Belief and Religion to key followers of Tu An Hieu Nghia sect in An Giang province was held on March 13.
The conference was organized by the provincial Committee for Religious Affairs and attended by 200 participants from dignitaries, deacons, and followers of Tu An Hieu Ngia sect in the province.
During the event, Chairman of the provincial Committee for Religious Affairs Lê Nguyên Châu introduced key contents of the Law on Belief and Religion and the Decree No.162/2017/ND-CP on detailing a number of articles and providing measures for the implementation of the new religious law.
The conference aimed to enhance updated information on the State policies and laws relating religion amongst local followers of Tu An Hieu Nghia sect.
