Da Nang city: Protestant Representative Board holds a spiritual refreshment conference

On 16th and 17th of August, in Da Nang Protestant church, the Protestant Representative Board of Da Nang city held a spiritual refreshment conference 2014.

The Protestant prayer and fellowship conference 2014 was held with the theme "New energy". The Protestant dignitaries and believers came together to sing hymns and listened to the preach on the topic "Those who expect LORD shall renew their strength, soar on wings like eagles, they shall run and not be weary, come and not be faint". They also heard reports on religious results and working plans of churches, chapters and congregations in the coming time.

The Protestant spiritual refreshment conference was attended by Mr. Nguyễn Đăng Hải, Vice Chairman of Da Nang’s Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and representatives from local authorities. Pastor Phan Vĩnh Cự, Chairman of Vietnam General Confederation of Evangelical Churches (Southern); Pastor Mã Phúc Hiệp, Secretary of the Council of Clergy; Pastor Dương Quang Hoà, Head of Da Nang’s Protestant Representative Board- Chairperson of the conference; Pastors, Commissioned Pastors, Superintendent Pastors and about 2,000 deacons and followers of the churches, chapters, congregations in locality also joint the conference.
