Attending the ceremony were Cardinal Thượng Tám Thanh, Head of Executive Council of the Caodai Tay Ninh Church; members of the Super Council; representatives from local authorities of Hoa Phong commune and Hoa Vang district, and Caodaist followers in the Da Nang city.

In 1943, Caodai religion was brought into Tuy Loan village (Hoa Phong commune, Hoa Vang district, Da Nang city). Over the past years, Caodai Hoa Phong parish always stays closely attached to and accompanied with the local authorities to well implement guidelines and policies of the Party and State, actively joins in the patriotic movements, especially guides Caodaist followers in the locality to live better for a secular and religious life and practice the religion according to the principle for “the country’s glory, the religion’s enlightenment”, contributing to social -economic development in the locality.

In the implementation of religious policies of the Party and State, local authorities of Da Nang have created favorable conditions for the parish to be granted the certificate of land use right and permission to build a new oratory to meet the aspiration of Caodai followers at Hoa Phong commune, Hoa Vang district, Da Nang city.
