A religious art show took place in Da Nang city in the evening of August 31 to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day (September 2)
The show featured about 24 performances of religious organizations in the locality, which demonstrated the patriotism, honored ethical values and humane characteristics of religions.
This is the fourth art show of religious performances held in city. The art show with programs staged by religious dignitaries and followers have made practical religious and national unity, encouraging religions to proactive join in the patriotic movements launched by the city authorities, said Vice President of the city Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee Nguyễn Hải Đăng.
Da Nang city is home to about 180,000 followers with nearly 1,000 religious dignitaries from nine registered religious organizations.
