The Correction-Path Caodai Church held the annual meeting for the Church’s 93rd religious year on November 21 at Ben Tre Holy See in Ben Tre city.
The event saw the participation of dignitaries from the Church’s central executive committee and 200 dignitaries and deacons from the 110 parishes of the Caodai sect in the country.
Representatives from the provincial Committee for Religious Affairs and the provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front were amongst guests at the event.
As reported at the annual meeting, there have been 560 new converts registered; two Caodai oratories inaugurated, and nearly VND 34 billion contributed to social and charitable activities for the 93rd religious year.
On this occasion, the Church and local authorities presented certificates of merit to 42 Caodai groups and 52 individuals for their practical contributions to the development of the Church and the country.
