Chieu Trung temple festival marking the 573th anniversary of General Lê Khôi’s death (1446-2019) took place from June 3-5 in Ha Tinh province’s Thach Ha district.
The festival featured traditional rituals of walking and sailing processions, making of offerings and prayers for good weather and successful fishing.

Chieu Trung Temple Festival is a worshipping festival dedicated to Lê Khôi (also called Chieu Trung Dai Vuong), a famous and talented General of the Lam Son insurrection leading to the establishment of the Le Dynasty. The festival annually taking place from the 1st to the 3rd of the fifth lunar month was recognized as the national intangible cultural heritage in 2017.
