On Oct. 1, Most Venerable Vice Chairman of the Central Vietnam Buddhist Sangha’ (VBS) Buddhist Guidance Committee Thích Thanh Hùng led a Buddhist delegation to visit and meet Da Nang city’s VBS Executive Committee and its Buddhist Guidance Committee.
Welcoming the delegation included dignitaries of the city VBS Executive Committee and followers in the locality.
Local officials attending the reception included Chairman of Da Nang city Committee for Religious Affairs Ngô Khôi.
At the working meeting, Most Venerable Thích Thanh Hùng acknowledged practical achievements made by the city VBS Buddhist Guidance Committee, and urged Da Nang city VBS to enhance quality of religious practices for Buddhists in the locality.
