The standing board of the committee for solidarity of Vietnamese Catholics in Tra Vinh province has visited and presented 22 million VND to the provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front (VFF) for assisting the Covid-19 prevention efforts in the province.
As reported, the donated money has been contributed by members of the Vietnam Catholic solidarity committee’s standing board.
By April 15, the provincial VFF has received contributions valued at nearly five billion VND from 121 organizations and 17 individuals for supporting the nCov fighting works disadvantaged people caused by drought and saltwater intrusion in the locality during the epidemic.
