Catholic diocese of Hai Phong sends supports to people hard hit by Covid-19 pandemic in Binh Duong

The Caritas of Hai Phong Diocese on September 9 sent 250 million VND in cash to people facing difficulties due to Covid-19 pandemic in Phu Cuong Diocese (Binh Duong province).
This financial support has come from the emergency fund of the diocese Caritas and been contributed by several parishes and individual sponsors.
Earlier, Hai Phong diocese had contributed 1.65 billion VND as a response to the project launched by the Vietnam Catholic Bishops’ Conference for helping disadvantaged people in Ho Chi Minh City and some dioceses during the fourth wave of Covid-19 pandemic.
