Phat Diem diocese’s Board on Charitable and Social Actions conducted a charitable program for local people in four parishes of Cach Tam, Duc Duc, Trung Dong and Phuc Lai.
700 local residents including the poor, the elderly, orphans and people with disabilities regardless of religious background were given free health check service and medicines. Beside that, volunteer doctors also advised local people about public health and ways to prevent common diseases.
This event held in collaboration with Ninh Binh - Ha Noi polyclinic was sponsored by the St. Francis Charity Association and individual donors.
