The closing ceremony for the Tay Ninh Caodai church’s the religious tenets training course 2020 took place on July 17 in commune 4 Caodai parish of Tien Giang province’s Go Cong town.
Preseting at the ceremony included Bishop Thái Phụng Thanh, Chairman of the Caodai Tay Ninh church’s Representative Committee in the province, Vice Chairman of the provincial religious committee Trần Văn Khuê, heads of the Caodai sect’s parishes in the province, and 198 trainees of the course.
The Caodai tenets training course taking place from June 15 to July 17 drew 810 trainees who are deacons of 29 Caodai parishes in the province.
The course covered key contents of the Tay Ninh Caodai church’s charter and regulations, religious practices of Caodai followers.
During the course, representatives from the provincial religious committee and commission for mass mobilization also introduced the religious life in the province and the Law on Belief and Religion.
