Caodai Institute under the Caodai Misionary Church held on September 15 a opening ceremony of a two-year course on administration and management in Da Nang city.
The event taking place at Trung Hung Buu Temple in Hai Chai ward saw the participation of Director of Caodai Affairs Department under the GCRA Nguyễn Đắc Tuấn, local authorities’ representatives, and 250 dignitaries and deacons from the executive committee and the management board of the Caodai parishes under the Caodai Missionary Church.
The Caodai Missionary Church was recognized by the State in 1996. In 2014, the establishment of Caodai Institute was approved by the Prime Minister. Under the authority of the Prime Minister, the Government Committee for Religious Affairs (GCRA) issued Decision No. 359 dated on September 22, 2015 for approving the establishment of the Caodai Institute under the Caodai Missionary Church.
The institute is a training school for Caodai dignitaries and deacons and a studding center on religious tenets, theology and scriptures, rules of Caodaism.
