Caodai churches and organizations in Binh Dinh province solemnly held on May 4 the 14th exchange conference in Holy See of the Cau Kho Tam Quan Caodai Church located in Hoai Nhon district’s Tam Quan ward of the province.
The event saw the presence of Vice Chairman of the Government Committee for Religious Affairs Nguyễn Ánh Chức, Chairman of the Committee for Religious Affairs in Binh Dinh province Hồ Quang Thơm, and nearly 400 representatives from 16 Caodai churches and organizations in the province.
The 14th exchange conference reviewed three-year performances of Caodai churches and organizations, and outlined working targets for years of 2023-2024 and the 100th Founding Anniversary of Caodaism.
As reviewed at the conference, since 2020, Caodai churches and organizations in the province have spent nearly 230 billion VND on social charities, and over 325 billion VND on the restoration of Caodai oratories and worshipping places in localities.
Over the past years, exchanges in religious practices of Caodai churches and organizations in the province have been promoted in accordance with the founding principal of Caodaism for serving the Faith and the country and each of Caodai churches and organizations in particular, contributing to foster unity and close collaboration amongst Caodai sects.
Speaking at the event, Vice Chairman Nguyễn Ánh Chức highlighted performances of Caodai churches and organizations in the province over the past years, and expressed hope that Caodai churches and organizations would continue upholding fine traditions, conducting religious practice in accordance with the motto “For the country’s glory and religion’s enlightenment”, and promoting their resources for the country development.
