A new rural bridge located in Ha Giang’s Quang Binh district and sponsored by Van Pagoda in Vinh Phuc province’s Tam Dao district was formally inaugurated at a ceremony held on September 30.
Attending the event co-organized by local authorities in Bang Lang commune of Quang Binh district and Van Pagoda included representatives of Quang Binh district authorities, Abbot of Van Pagoda and donors.
The construction of the bridge named Ta Dao with 2.5 meters wide, 16 meters long was started in September 2019 and completed at the total cost of nearly 500 VND million which has been raised by the pagoda amongst Buddhists and other donors.
The new bridge will create favorable conditions for over 400 pupils to go to the kindergarten and primary school in the local commune.
