On May 22nd, 2014, Binh Thuan’s Protestant representatives Board organized a spiritual refreshment conference for all Protestant followers in the province at the 1st Gospel Church.
Attending the conference were pastor Phan Vĩnh Cự, President of Confederation Evangelical Church of Vietnam (Southern), dignitaries and more than 1000 people.
Pastor Phan Vĩnh Cự preached the John ‘book 14:15-31 in the Bible with the topic “When believers love God”. In addition, the conference program included announcement of the appointment of minister Nguyễn Quốc Khanh and 2 evangelists Vũ Đình Tâm and Nguyễn Nhất Linh; prayer and singing of hymns. Conference closed at 4 p.m on the same day after a blessing prayer by Pastor Phan Vĩnh Cự.
