Loc Thuan Protestant Church under the Evangelical Church of Vietnam (ECVN) (South) in Ben Tre province officially appointed Missionary Phạm Thanh Quang Vinh as its Superintendent at a ceremony held on April 7.
The event saw the participation of Pastor Trần Thanh Dũng and Pastor Phạm Trọng Huy, Members of the ECVN (Southern); Pastor Chairman of the Protestant Representative Committee in the province Trương Thanh Thiên Ân and followers of the church.
Local authorities also joint Protestants at the event and presents congratulatory gift to the new superintendent.
During the ceremony Pastor Trần Thanh Dũng presented the superintendent appointment decision and official seal to Missionary Phạm Thanh Quang Vinh.
New superintendent Phạm Thanh Quang Vinh expressed his dedication and devotion in his new position and took the chance to thank to the ECVN, the provincial Representative Committee and local authorities for their support.
