On February 22, at Ben Tre Holy See in Ben Tre city, the Correction-Path Caodai Church organized the 91st annual conference of the Church’s High Council.
Attending the event were Cardinals Ngọc Nho Thanh and Thái Biếu Thanh, dignitaries from the Standing Committee of the Church. Representatives from the provincial Committee for Religious Affairs also attended the conference.
In 2015, the Correction-Path Caodai Church proactively guided followers to well practice the religion and join in social and charitable activities. For the previous year, over 60,000 followers have attended over 2,600 classes on religious tenets; there have been 1,017 new converts; charity activities have been conducted with the total of over VND 11 billion.
Speaking at the event, the representative of the provincial Committee for Religious Affairs highly praised the Church’s achievements over the past year and urged the Church to further promote unity and guide followers to make practical contributions to the socio-economic development of the country according to the motto “Glorious country, Enlightened religion”.
