A ground-breaking ceremony held for construction of a Caodai oratory in Chau Phu district, An Giang province

On August 3rd, 2014, Cardinal Thượng Tám Thanh, Head of the Caodai Tay Ninh Church attended a groundbreaking ceremony for construction of a Caodai oratory in the Caodai community in Bình Mỹ, Bình Thủy và Bình Long communes.
The ceremony was attended by Mr. Phạm Quốc Vinh from An Giang’s Committee for Religious Affairs together with representatives from local authorities and about 500 Caodai followers from Caodai communities in localities upon approval from local authorities, the oratory will be built according to a designed model of the Church.
