The Catholic Bishops' Conference of Vietnam (CBCV) convened its 13th Congress on Monday in Ho Chi Minh City. During the event, President of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee (VFF) Nguyễn Thiện Nhân paid a visit and extended congratulatory greetings to the Congress.
