The Management Board of Hoan Kiem Lake and Hanoi's Old Quarter in coordination with the Vietnamese communal house club opened on January 8 a program to welcome the Lunar New Year (Tet) 2023 – the Year of the Cat.
Following the opening ceremony, procession begins from the heritage house at 87 Ma May Street
Before going to Kim Ngan temple, the procession goes through streets of Dao Duy Tu, O Quan Chuong, Hang Chieu, Hang Giay, Hang Buom and Hang Bac, etc
