The resconstruction of Jesus' tomb in the Church of the Holy Sepulchre in Jerusalem's old city began on Monday, June 6, 2016 under the supervision of Greek architect Antonia Moropoulou. Some of the work will be done in the early morning hours or late at night, when the church is closed.
The project will cost about $3.3million and sponsored by the Roman Catholic, Greek Orthodox and Armenian churches.
