Step1: A religious organization that transfers a dignitary or clergyperson to a new place of operation shall send a transfer notice to the Division of Home Affairs of the district where a religious organization that transfers dignitary or clergyperson to a new place of operation is located.

Step 2: The district’s Division of Home Affairs shall consider transfer notice, send a notice to the people’s committee of the district and save the dossier

A religious organization that transfer a dignitary or clergyperson to a new place of operation, within 3 working days after issuance of the transfer decision, shall send a notice to the people’s committee of the district where such organization is located (Division of Home Affairs).
