The teleconference was held by the Central Commission for Communication and Education, with the participation of 2,744 points in the country.

During the online conference, Member of the Party Central Committee cum Deputy Head of the Central Commission for Communication and Education Lại Xuân Môn informed the conclusion of the 4th Plenum of the 13th Party Central Committee, and highlighted that the implementation of resolutions in the 4th Plenum will push the success of Covid-19 prevention and control, promoting socio-economic development, ensuring social security and a sustainable of the political system.

Deputy Head Lại Xuân Môn also informed the implementation of the socio-economic development plan in 2021; the planned socio-economic development program in 2022; implementation of the State budget in 2021 and estimate of the State budget in 2022; plan on delaying the implementation of wage policy reform under Resolution No 27-NQ/TW of the 7th Plenum of the 12th Central Committee; report on the results of COVID-19 prevention and control, and the results of five-year implementation of Resolution No 04-NQ/TW in preventing the degradation in political thought, morality and lifestyle, manifestations of “self-evolution” and “self-transformation”.
The communication and education central commission’s official asked for Party committees at all levels to focus on the dissemination of the 60th Anniversary of Ho Chi Minh trail at sea (October 23, 1961 – 2021), the 104th Anniversary of Russian October Revolution (November 7, 1917 – 2021) and the 75th Anniversary of National Resistance Day (December 19, 1946 – 2021).
