The approved project has a total investment of 25.6 billion VND will be implemented by the provincial Department for Culture and Sports from 2021 – 2022.

The project will cover the southwest internal road concretized; paving of stone extended through the main gate; dismantling of the old permanent house - restroom located in the Southeast (position 10 in the construction planning) for creating open space and improving the campus landscape with an area of about 203m2; building of functional areas (houses for service, reception, display, management, guarding, cleaning) into one block located in the Southeast with an area of about 712m2.

Also according to the decision, the interior display system inside the tower would be designed and arranged according to models of Cham fine arts and architecture.
