Present at the event included representatives of concerning departments and agencies, and nearly 100 cadres in charge of religious affairs in the locality.

The meeting covered a brief report on the state management on belief, religion and ethnicity in the city, and exchanges on the district-level Buddhist congress in the 2021-2026 tenure, new religious phenomena, and the review of three-year implementation of the Law on Belief and Religion 2016 and its guiding Decree No. 162/2017/NĐ-CP.

On the occasion, the municipal religious committee handed over 200 national flags to district-level home affairs officers for sending to religious organizations in the locality.
