Most Venerable Đào Như, Vice President of the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha’s Executive Council cum Principal of the Khmer Theravada Buddhist Institute welcomed the NA’s delegation.
Sharing with the guests, Most Venerable Đào Như informed the Institute's training activities and the construction of the Khmer Theravada Buddhist Academy started in 2017.
The Institute is the first Buddhist bachelor training school to cater for learning needs of Khmer Buddhist followers. However, in recent years, due to the lack of collaboration between the Institute and other training establishments, the number of students enrolled has gradually decreased.
