The medical exam taking place in Hung Minh Buddhist pagoda in Ho Chi Minh city drew the participation of 128 candidates working at traditional medicine centers - charity clinics of the Buddhist association.
The two-day event covered a theory test, a practical examination and an oral exam with examiners from the department of the traditional medicine management, lecturers of the traditional medicine department under the Ho Chi Minh City university of medicine and pharmacy, and the medical teaching department of the Vietnam Pure-land Buddhist association.
On this occasion, Chairwoman of the Central Health Protection Nguyễn Thị Kim Tiến, Former Minister of Health Ministry, also visited and extended congratulations to candidates of the exam.
