Tan Phuoc chapel in Tien Giang holds charitable program for the disadvantaged

Tan Phuoc chapel located in Tan Phuoc district’s Thanh My commune, Tien Giang province organized on November 25 a charitable program for disadvantaged people in Thanh Tan and neighboring communes.

The total program valued at over 400 million VND was sponsored by Priest Head of Tan Phuoc chapel Francis Xavier Tô Hoàng Lâm and Thien An charity group consisting of doctors and nurses from Ho Chi Minh city, and implemented in collaboration with the Red Cross in the district.

During the program, the charity group provided free heath examination for 500 poor patients, presented health insurances to 21 students and 500 gift sets to locals.
