Tan Trung Caodai parish was established in 1945 and its original oratory has been repaired several times. Over 50 years of existence, the oratory has seriously deteriorated, and no longer meets current demands of religious practices by local followers. In early 2019, local authorities approved for the parish to reconstruct the new oratory with a design model of the Caodai Church.
